| Description | The aim of the chapter is to offer an insight into the perspective of employers. Employers are important partners for job coaches and being aware of their expectations and opinions is vital. We first have a brief look at the approaches to employment of people with disabilities in European perspective. How do European countries support employment rate of this group of population? What motivation there is for employers? Consequently, the chapter focuses on employers´ perspective. Based on a qualitative research among employers having experience with employees with disabilities in the Czech Republic, we analyze the main categories such as motivation, facilitators and barriers and perceived benefits of employing people with disabilities. |
