Description One of the most important principles of inclusion and inclusive education is that all pupils have a gift that can be benefit others. The paper presents partial results of the research survey carried out within the project “School for Everyone: Inclusion as the Way for the Effective Education of All Pupils”. The project was focused on increasing the openness of schools in the area of inclusion, contributed to improving educational practice by increasing the competences of schools in the field of inclusive education through methodical support of pedagogical staff working with a heterogeneous group of pupils with special educational needs. The Key Activity 4 “The Support for the School Counseling Centers” focused on the issue of school specialist. The research survey was carried out at seven primary schools in three regions of the Czech Republic.
