Description | Self-assessment has the potential to increase learning success and a positive impact on lifelong learning. The aim of the presentation is to present research findings concerning the concept of self-assessment in future teachers of German as a foreign language. Given that teachers, by their approach and providing opportunities for self-assessment, create one of the fundamental conditions (or barriers) to adequate development of self-assessment skills of their students, understanding the concept of self-assessment and its development processes in future teachers can contribute to improving their training. |
