Description The aim of the paper is to present partial results of a case study of a village school which, in the late 1990s, was one of the first mainstream primary schools to include pupils with various types of disadvantage. The aim of the research was to identify the key moments of this transformation, to analyse the ways and forms of leadership of the village school and the connection with its inclusive vision. The results of the study indicate show that in our case, the figure of the headmistress is central to setting the school's vision. element of the whole process.
