Description This paper is a follow-up to the GAČR project Pathways to the Inclusive School of the 21st Century: An Ethnographic Approach, which investigated the mechanisms of good inclusive practice in primary schools. In grounded theorising, we apply the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) to interpret observed actions and design future interventions. We discuss the implications of principles of TPB for specific educational situations, for the educational system, and society as a whole. We describe selected external aspects and their impact on individual behaviour.
