Description This poster presents a dissertation research design that is focused on different aspects of teaching assistant participation in a Finnish primary school. The issue is viewed through the perspective of social inclusion. A qualitative research design was implemented for this research. Specifically, a case study has an ethnographic character with the theoretical-methodological instrument of situational analysis.
