| Description | This document summarizes the main findings, conclusions and outputs of the summary research report Communication channels, key actors and contents of communication in Telč (output TL02000409-V1), communication workshop Communication strategies tailored: Getting to Know the Possibilities of ICT Technologies in Telč (output TL02000409-V2), the activation workshop Keying in Telč (output TL02000409-V6), and from the innovation of the communication platform Mobile Radio (output TL02000409-V4), observations during the local field research and a battery of evaluation interviews with selected key communication actors in Telč and experts. It includes a description and evaluation of the situation and solutions to the problem, followed by a policy paper containing recommendations supported by a detailed analysis of tangible and intangible public space and its use by different actors. The evaluation report and the summary of recommendations (policy paper) are based on the research in Telč, but this output is generalized, especially in the recommendations and summary section, and is thus primarily applicable in municipalities dealing with similar problems and situations. |
