Description | To my surprise, the paper focused on the finding that popular literature does not give ABGB the attention it deserves. It focuses on criminal law (Čapek, Hašek, Kafka) or justice and general issues (Čapek, Hašek, Musil, Klostermann). The same conclusion applies to village dramas, but apart from „Gazdina roba“ (Preissová), it is also without reflection (e.g., the Mrštík brothers). However, such a research result cannot be perceived negatively. It may be due to the nature of the ABGB or the difficulty of reflecting on private law. Following the canon of popular law literature, the ABGB is beyond the interest of authors, even though they deal with private law. |
