| Description | The conference responds to the situation in which artistic communities and the non-established art scene find themselves. It seeks to analyse and evaluate it and, above all, to suggest ways to improve it. Together with the representatives* of art centres, whose activities range from offering spaces to create, to organising cultural programmes, to carrying out residencies. We will explore how their institutions are organised and funded, what they enjoy about their work, what difficulties they face and how they solve them. We are also interested in their opinion and your view on more general topics related to contemporary arts operating. The second part of the event will be dedicated to visits of Brno studios and off/space galleries. |
