Description The research report focuses on the position of a social pedagogue in a school in the Czech Republic. The main goal was to identify, through quantitative research, the activities that social pedagogues perform in the school environment. Furthermore, the research focused on the duration of the position of social pedagogue in the school, its financing, the specification of schools where social pedagogues work and other key areas in order to map this position as best as possible in the context of professional support for selected target groups in the Czech education system. The research entitled Social pedagogues in Czech schools was carried out in cooperation with the Association of Social Pedagogues and the Institute of Pedagogy and Social Studies of the Faculty of Pedagogy of the Palacky University in Olomouc.
