Description The context of social events is also reflected in education, which is forced to adapt to change and innovation. One of the current trends is the emergence of new professions that support efforts towards inclusive education and equal opportunities. Our research followed the specifics of the profession of school special educator. Using grounded theory, we interpret their experiences and perspectives on the form of inclusion in the Czech school environment, as the school special educator is an important actor in the inclusion process.
