| Description | The Law and Literature book develops the field and applies its approach to important Czech fiction of the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. It also contributes to current debates on legal (constitutional) identity and imagination. The work draws on the extensive foreign literature in the field of Law and Literature, as well as on Czech general historical, legal historical and art historical literature, and works with a number of primary works of fiction. The monograph is theoretically anchored in Critical Legal Studies and Law and Literature, whose insights and approaches it applies to selected Czech fiction works in an appropriate manner, and reaches interesting findings and conclusions. |
