| Description | This workshop is intended for teachers of English at any level and in any type of school: primary and lower secondary schools, upper secondary schools, language schools, as well as individual and corporate courses. The workshop will focus exclusively on advanced aspects of English pronunciation, including word stress, sentence stress, the use of weak forms, linking, and intonation. Participants will also explore various techniques and activities to integrate these pronunciation features into regular English lessons. This workshop builds on the course held in November 2023 titled How to Teach Pronunciation in English Lessons: A Language and Methodology Workshop for Teachers of English as a Foreign Language. While attending the previous workshop is an advantage for those interested in this session, it is not a requirement. |
