| Description | Creating a safe learning environment and managing challenging student behavior are critical challenges in contemporary education, as they significantly influence the quality of teaching, the psychosocial climate of schools, and student development. At the Faculty of Education, Masaryk University, we aim to systematically develop the competencies of future teachers in this area, focusing on proactive, systemic, and responsive strategies (e.g., SEL, PBIS, NVC) integrated with pedagogical practice. The goal is to establish a comprehensive approach within the pedagogical-psychological module to prepare students for effective behavior management in the school environment. |
