| Description | The lecture on music film as a specific branch of film production was part of the course for graduates of the University of the Third Age (U3V) 2024 (humanities). The participants were introduced to the opinions on the typology of music film and its selected types were given a more detailed explanation. The lecture also included discussions on current topics in film production, such as stylized historical/biographical themes and the search for plot-specific musical content in otherwise non-musical film works. The lecture was supplemented by numerous video samples with an analysis of their musical accompaniment. |
