| Description | The article was created as the result of the research oriented at innovation of the content and forms of secondary school mathematics teaching. The article is devoted to the Theorem of Pick and its proof as an example of the use of an inductive approach in Mathematics. For the motivation purpose, this interesting and among students not very known theorem is formed and proved using the mathematical induction. This problem seems to be suitable for developing and cultivating of the mathematical thinking of future teachers of Mathematics. |
