Description Representation of PdF MU at the Professional Forum Sustainability in Czech-German Youth Exchanges in the form of a requested performance of interactive theatre. Within the Soul deals with the theme of anxiety in young people. It explores and depicts the state of anxiety, the influences that affect young people in this regard, the transformation of close relationships and the reactions of those around them. It also conveys resources on where to seek help for mental health problems. Interactive theatre seeks to understand the lived experience of anxiety and to reduce the stigma of mental illness. It aims to explore possible strategies to help in situations where we, or someone close to us, is struggling with mental health difficulties. Ema is a 15 year old girl who loves art and spending time with her friends and outings with her family. But suddenly it's too much for her. She feels stressed, she feels sick, she can't sleep, her hands are shaking, she can't breathe. She is ashamed to talk about her feelings and conditions, she doesn't understand them herself and she is afraid. She begins to suspect that she is suffering from anxiety thanks to her searches on the nets. Who will she confide in? And how will those around her react? Through an interactive theatre, the audience can talk to the characters, give them advice on how they might act and explore where and how Emma's situation will develop based on their suggestions. In interactive theatre, the aim is to evoke a strong emotional experience in the audience, which motivates them to delve deeper into the story, to believe it, to experience it together with the main character and to actively participate in the resolution of the crisis situation in which the main character finds himself. In this way, the audience can see the consequences of the solution they propose. Interactive theatre promotes empathy, understanding and responsibility to deal with challenging life situations that young people face.
