Description Modern geoinformatic technologies allow standard geospatial data layers integration in GIS with regard to digital format, map scale (resolution) and cartographic projection. Processing SW packages do not have any incorporated checking mechanism for the interlayer integrity assessment. The coherence between the analytic data layer parameters, what is common in the real landscape, is not subdued to the evaluation. The data reliability can be improved using logical data integration in the digital landscape model (DLM). Integrated multi-parametric information layers derived from overlaid, join and statistically proceeded analytic data sets consist of homogenous territorial units described using multi-coordinate vectors. The integrated data layers can be disintegrated into analytic layers – now corrected and mutually compatible ones.
