| Description | Teambuilding is defined mostly as building of an effectively working team. Traditional interpretation of teambuilding emphasises a stay out of the traditional work area (outdoor) in order to develop informal relationships in the team. In this area various model situations (tasks and activities for members of the team) are established. Their fulfilment necessarily requires cooperation within the team. In the education area Management of Tourist Trade this subject is provided already for first year students. Within our lessons during one semester we observed changes (via qualitative research) in the team approach at a selected group of students. Results of this research unequivocally point out the need of team building training at managers of all professions. |
