Description The heart rate variability (HRV) analysis is used in sports medicine for evaluation of a tiredness of athletes. We measured 256 RR intervals in ECG of 15 health girls in a rest lying and standing position, using the system for short records VariaPulse TF-3. Next time domain and spectral analysis of HRV was performed. Parameters of HRV are very interindividual variable. The average and standard deviation of the total spectral power at lying are 6346 and 5507 ms2 and at standing 11567 and 13372 ms2; 25th and 75 th percentil are at lying 2610 and 11643 ms2, and at standing 4072 and 14581 ms2. The results, and mainly the figures, could be the basal values at sports clinical practise where the same measurement method is used.
