Description	This paper introduces possible issues and requirements in multiple project management. It also shows the processes developed and currently used at Faculty of Informatics, Masaryk University. These processes (and maintaining utilities) built up the base, which was used in designing and later developing presentation system "Deep Thought". An aim of this system is - in short - to allow managers, programmers and even end-users better manage, update and use stored projects.
