| Description | Allergic diseases belong to a group of multifactorial disorders. Interactions of genetic and environmental factors play an important role in their pathogenesis. Although genetic research is very complicated, it is necessary for our understanding of etiopathogenesis and for possible development of new drugs for treatment of allergic iflammation. |
