Description | The aim of this work is to describe and mutually compare the commonly used mehods for evaluating functional brain connectivity, i.e. correlation analysis, principal component analysis and independent component analysis, and for effective connectivity, i.e. psychophysiological interaction and dynamic causal modelling. For this purpose, all approaches are performed on the same data set, and the mutual relationships among these methods are pointed to. |
