While most of its content are papers authored by research team members, the volume also includes papers by other researchers in the field who publish their results at the project seminars and conferences. The papers deal with health education from the perspective of the curriculum, the teachers and the students. Several papers discuss the implementation of framework education programmes at contemporary schools and the needs of teachers to get relevant information. Several authors analyze environmental issues that are connected with health education at schools. Several studies focus on important components in teachers' training in health education issues, such as first aid proficiency and road safety education. |
