Description | Coordination polymers (CPs) are compounds connected by donor-acceptor bonds between metal ions and "linkers" into infinitive networks. CPs are recently under extensive study due to the special physical and chemical properties such as magnetism, gas adsorption, redox activity, conductivity, catalysis, photoluminescence, etc. CPs also seem to be promising materials in molecular separation, gas storage and ion exchange. |
