Description This paper summarizes research experience with validation standardization tools for self-evaluation and mapping of the school climate. It summarizes the whole process of starting a dialogue within the school (including methods of dialogue facilitation) and search for potential problem areas, self-diagnostics on school climate and its parts as well as ways to work with the results of self-evaluation tools available online on the specific example of self-evaluation tools such as created in the project "the road to quality "http://www.evaluacninastroje.cz/
