Description	XRD internal standard method and RIR method were applied on quantitative phase analysis of anhydrite, bassanite and gypsum. Various test mixtures were analyzed and statistically significant results were obteined. The accuracy of both methods was checked by analysis of three artificial control mixtures. The average absolute error in all cases was less than 8 wt. % in all ceses.
