Remote laboratory for experiments with semiconductor devices

The aim of project is to create a remote laboratory for measuring the basic
characteristics of semiconductor devices. The remote laboratory will be
accessible through a Web interface 24 hours a day. Students will be able to
control the existing real experiment from their computer and watch it vie
webcam. All experiments will be supported by theoretical and methodological
guidance on the webpage. For the first time we apply a new approach consisting
to driven multiple experiments on one server. This will lead to financial
savings. The project reflects the development of contemporary requirements to
incorporate computer driven processes in everyday life. In addition the project
enables to increase the number of students participating on practical
experiments.
