Main research goal of this project is to penetrate into the process of career choice, that the pupils have to go trough at the end of lower secondary school. Next we want to understand how adolescents perceive and live through this process on one side and parents on the other side. We want to further find an answer to a question, which factors affect this decision making process of career choice and the key issues, which can appear during this life decision. With consideration to our research problem we have chosen methology based on qualitative approach using design of multiple case study. Grounded theory and its principles would used during the data analyses.
