Information about restrictions on the operation of the study department, library, canteen and porters' lodgings during the 2024 holidays
Office hours: Wednesdays 9-11 am and 12-2 pm
Office hours for all male and female staff in the Study Department are limited between July 1 and August 31, 2024.
Please note that the above schedule is subject to minor changes.
The library will be completely closed to users from 3 June to 15 September 2024 for extensive interior renovations. As a substitute, readers have been given the opportunity to borrow books to take home from May 20 through September 30, 2024. Personal arrangements can be made. Keep an eye on the library's website and social media for updates.

In the period 1 July 2024 - 31 August 2024, the porters' lodgings in the faculty buildings will be open only on Mondays - Fridays, from 6.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.

Masaryk University has announced a new edition of the internal competition for student projects "ComMUNIty fund". The aim of the internal competition is to transparently support the implementation of sustainable and socially responsible projects that fulfil and promote the social role of Masaryk University, are internally and externally transferable and support cooperation between students and employees.
Culture Beat 2, an international exhibition that brings together artists from different parts of the world and explores the cultural and historical specificities of each region, opened in Granada. The exhibition includes a wide range of artworks, from painting and photography to video installations, and aims to stimulate dialogue between different cultures. The Culture Beat project, a collaboration between several universities, continues in Granada and will expand to Brno, Bergamo and Novi Sad in 2025.
