| Description | The workshop presents EduScrum, a teaching method that combines learning process with project management. Scrum entered education in 2009, when the Netherlands began experimenting with Scrum in education. Over time, the method has been adapted and improved to better meet the needs. The main benefits of the eduScrum method are improving collaboration and communication between students and the promotion of their independence and creativity. Students learn to plan their time and work, and gain experience in a team. The teacher's role is advisory, but must also prepare the project in advance, follow the work of the groups, be available and evaluate it at the end. |
