Description Currently, the human embryo viability is mainly assessed by means of a light-microscopy. However, this extensively used technique is unable to distinguish the most viable embryo of the bunch and novel, complimentary techniques are cast around. All efforts are made with respect of a better pregnancy outcome in assisted reproduction and of mother’s health exposed to risks by chances for multiple pregnancy after multiple embryo transfer. Our work deals with an applicability of capillary electrophoresis for the human embryo assessment.
