The goal of the project is qualitative analysis of adverse phenomenons in czech basic schools - mobbing and bossing in teching staff. The project results from a quantitative research executed in 2008 and continues by the base of the project - qualitative investigation among victims of psychology terrorization on their working place.
Results
A structured interview technique has been used for this research project, in which he authors managed to get into depth of examined phenomenon and life stories of teachers from the Czech Republic, who had become victims of "mobbing" and "bossing" during their teaching practice. The results of the research were presented at selected conferences and published in the conference records; next results are being managed by authors.
