Graduation ceremonies for students graduating in the fall semester of 2024 are scheduled to take place on Wednesday, 12 March 2025.
Graduation ceremonies for students graduating in the spring semester of 2025 are scheduled to take place 25–27 July 2025.

Registration for graduation - payment of expenses related to graduation
The ceremony is accompanied by live performances by a professional brass quartet and documented by professional photographers. Participation in the graduation ceremony is therefore conditional upon payment of a contribution to the expenses associated with the provision of a musical ensemble and the taking of photographs (which will be available for download to the participants and attendees of the graduation ceremony).
Graduates and alumnae will register for participation in the graduation ceremony by paying the appropriate amount at the time of the state final examinations. By paying the fee, you express your interest in attending the graduation. If you are interested, it is not necessary to wait for the successful completion of the state examinations (please apply at the beginning).

Payment of the fee could be made until 9 February 2025.

Organizational guidelines
- Only graduates who have registered on time participate in the graduation ceremony and are listed on the rosters.
- Individual graduation groups will be listed in the Information System rosters no later than 14 days prior to the act.
- Please arrive at least 60 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to prepare and rehearse for the ceremony, already in formal attire (no gowns). Sign the graduation book before the ceremony begins.
- The ceremony should not be disturbed by photography or filming. The faculty has contracted with a professional photographer. Photographs will be available for download from the university repository approximately 3 weeks after graduation. Information will be obtained in due course.
- There is no limit to the number of guests. There is no financial contribution by guests.

How to get the diploma without attending graduation?
Your diploma will be issued to you anytime after graduation during office hours by your (former) study assistant Ms Halfarová. The diploma can also be received by a person who has a power of attorney with a certified signature of the principal (=graduate).
