Onboarding
We aim to partly digitize and comprehensively set up an onboarding process for new employees to ensure quick integration and orientation.
Learning/Training
The Education Coordinator of the Faculty of Education facilitates offering educational courses to employees. The objectives are professional development, the development of specialized competencies and skills.
